Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is in unopened, original condition.
Returnable: Unopened Ennile Advanced Boost packages in original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable: Opened, used, or partially consumed products. For food supplements, once the seal is broken, the product cannot be accepted for return for health and safety reasons.
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Standard Return (unopened): Full refund of £28.99, minus the cost of return postage.
Faulty or Our Error: Full refund of £28.99 including return postage.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your returned package. The funds will be returned to your original payment method (cash refund if you paid the courier by cash, or to your card if you paid by card).
You can cancel your order for free at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, you must return it to be eligible for a refund (see Sections 1-6 above).
